Kamp
Modoc Family
Campground,
snuggled among the picturesque rolling hills of East Central Indiana
halfway between Dayton, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana. We have spacious
campsites in a variety of shaded and open settings. Nearby activities
include golf courses, a petting zoo for children, outdoor sports activities,
theaters, restaurants, and activities at the Minnetrista Cultural Center
in Muncie as well as our planned family activity
schedule. Kamp Modoc is centrally located between such attractions
as the Indianapolis 500, Historic Hagerstown, Indiana, Wilber Wright Museum
and Fishing/Hunting Preserve, Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in New Castle,
and Muncie IN and Ball State University to the north and west. A short
drive to the south and to the east takes you to Hayes Arboretum, Glen
Miller Rose Garden in Richmond, Winchester Speedway and Mrs. Wicks Pie
Factory in Winchester. Scattered about the countryside, one will find
numerous Amish farms and settlements along with well known antique malls
and junque shoppes. We think you'll agree that Kamp Modoc provides a memorable
experience for the entire family.
Kamp
Modoc is open full service from Mid April to Mid October.
